The Central California Wind Ensemble is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a New York based non-profit organization that helps developing arts activities in the United States. Fractured Atlas supplies the CCWE with fundraising, marketing, and development tools to further its impact on the communities of the Central Valley.
